1. Scope of Work and Commitment:

Robotonix is committed to providing high-quality software and automation services. The technical scope for each project is defined in a separate agreement or approved quote.

2. Technical Consultation Policy:

The consultation fee (€15) is a non-refundable booking fee. This amount serves as a “commitment deposit” and is fully deductible from the final project cost upon engagement.

3. Intellectual Property Rights:

All source code and designs remain the client’s property upon full payment of fees. The company reserves the right to utilize general methodologies and techniques in future projects.

4. Modifications and Additions:

Any software requirements emerging during development outside the original scope are considered “Change Requests” and are subject to additional costs and timelines.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy:

We undertake to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all data, source code, and access credentials shared with us.

6. Support and Maintenance Policy:

Post-delivery, a specific technical warranty period (as agreed) is provided to resolve implementation-related bugs; this does not cover functional modifications.

7. Limitation of Liability:

We operate according to professional technical standards and are not liable for any financial losses or business interruptions resulting from external updates (e.g., changes to Amazon/Etsy platforms, OS updates, or API changes) beyond our technical control.
